Qualitative Research Questions and Methods
Problem Statementkey
The continuing health and happiness of the general population relies heavily on the functioning of the healthcare business. It is an honor to contribute to the healing of others and to the enhancement of their quality of life. Having said that, it is essential to highlight the fact that working in this industry is a very difficult endeavor. Largely, healthcare professionals do not receive the support or concern that they need (Priya & Amutha, 2019). Workers may experience stressful situations at workplaces and have their personal lives interrupted. Professionals frequently find themselves exhausted or on the verge of quitting their jobs if the sector does not provide adequate resources and reasonable guidelines for maintaining a healthy work-life balance (Priya & Amutha, 2019). Leaders in the healthcare business need to take immediate action to solve this issue.
Purpose of Study
This research study aims to evaluate the methods that healthcare administration adapts to manage the work-life balance of medical care employees to achieve their satisfaction, as well as enhance efficiency.
Qualitative Research Question
• How does the healthcare administration manage the work-life balance of medical care employees to achieve their satisfaction and enhance their efficiency?
The question highlights the need for health care administrators to dedicate resources towards enabling the workforce to have a fulfilling personal and career path. The complex healthcare sector exposes employees to long hours and demanding schedules. However, a healthy work-life balance is possible. Administrators can allows members of the care team to step back and take a break to clear their mind and improve ability to enhance quality and safety of patient care (Priya & Amutha, 2019). Processes in place to allow employees to have breaks enable individuals to make better decisions and handle tasks better. Administrators also encourage proactive employee engagement, which allows the care team to share ideas about flexibility (Pudasaini et al., 2022). The conversations allow administrators to appreciate calls for breaks needed to clear an employee’s head, increase productivity, and maintain the desired morale.
