My strengths are in professionalism, knowledge of the healthcare environment, and communication and relationship building. I had a competent score in most of the aspects in the domains, which means that I can communicate well with colleagues and clients and utilize knowledge of the professional scope of practice to optimize care outcomes. I also scored well in terms of leadership competencies. In this regard, I understand the need for conducive clinical environment characterized by commitment to a shared purpose and teamwork. However, I had a novice score in business skills and knowledge. I hope to acquire knowledge and skills in financial aspects of healthcare including budgeting, planning, and aligning business with clinical processes.
