Problem Statement
Health and well-being are fundamental considerations for healthcare professionals. For these reasons, work-life balance is an essential consideration for healthcare professionals to remain emotionally, physically, and mentally active. The concept enhance organization performance and productivity based on positive attitude and behaviors towards delivering quality and safe care (Kaddourah et al., 2018).
