To achieve the purpose of current study, the research will largely involve the use of interviews. A questionnaire with a scale measuring work-life balance, a scale on job satisfaction, and another one highlighting stress levels. The scale on work-life balance allows participants to respond to statements on a Likert sale from strongly disagree to strong agree. Similarly, scales on job satisfaction and stress levels provide insights into the need for evidence-based solutions for enabling employees to balance work and non-work related activities. Notably, administrators, medical staff with working spouses, and those with children will highlight the situation involving work-life balance. Pudasaini et al. (2022) encouraged healthcare professionals to use their frontline experiences to address challenges and improvements necessary for optimizing care outcomes. In this case, the medical team can participate in structured interviews designed to capture in-depth evidence on work-life balance and evidence-based interventions for addressing employees’ emotional, physical, and mental wellness.

Problem Statement
Health and well-being are fundamental considerations for healthcare professionals. Work-life balance is among the important aspects that make organizations responsive to the care team’s mental, emotional, and physical wellness. With the risk of working for long hours, nurses become vulnerable to stress caused by working overtime and under pressure in a demanding healthcare environment (Priya & Amutha, 2019). For these reasons, work-life balance is an essential consideration for healthcare professionals to remain emotionally, physically, and mentally active. The concept enhance organization performance and productivity based on positive attitude and behaviors towards delivering quality and safe care (Kaddourah et al., 2018). This research study evaluates the different methods health leaders can utilize to improve work-life balance of medical care employees and optimize workforce satisfaction and clinical efficiency.
