It is the role of managers to organize and oversee the project is completed in good time and on budget. Therefore, being a manager, Rita is responsible for ensuring each team member understands the goal and objectives of the project.

In addition, Rita ensures that the teams work together in a conducive environment regardless of their diversity or cultural differences.
Nimish Technical Advisor Offers technical guidance and direction to team members on effectively using information systems.

Ensures effective team communication using technological platforms/equipment, especially in different geographical positions. Nimish offers technical support to the team, ensuring the project’s smooth operation.

 

 

In addition, using his technical knowledge, Nimish can enhance communication among team members, which promotes group cohesion and collaborative contribution to the project.
Dave Intern 1. Offering support to the marketing team.

3. I am assisting in the team’s daily activities and preparing a presentation. As an intern, Dave can learn from the team and share marketing ideas on the project.

He also provides guidance and assists in solving emerging issues that clients may face during their projects. Ernesto impacts the group by offering solutions and expert advice when facing obstacles.
